The construction of the 5-star hotel Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa in Gonio has already started. Rotana, a brand with an international reputation, will manage the premium class hotel project on the Black Sea coast. This is the first project that Rotana is implementing in Georgia and its exclusive partner is the Georgian development company Pontus Development. Representatives of the companies held a ceremonial event in Gonio regarding the start of the construction of the complex, where they presented the project to local and international partner companies and interested investors and provided detailed information about it.
