As the founder of Art Studio Project Company says, there is not enough political will in the regions to adhere to the standards set by the plan.
“There are execution problems. These problems arise from the scarcity of staff in the local municipalities. Even if we look wider, there is no political will to execute the document.
However, it is not only enough if there is no staff in the executive body, that should fulfill this policy, "said Giorgi Sulaberidze, founder of Art Studio Project.
