Three more Carter's stores will be opened in Georgia in 2023 - Nana Chanturia, the head of the franchise management department of the Gepha company, told TV-Program Business Morning.
"Gepha" company opened the first official store of the American brand Carter's on the third floor of "Galleria Tbilisi" on November 21, and as noted, interest in the brand was high on the first day.
The company initially invested GEL 2 million to bring the brand to the country, but as Nana Chanturia says, the investment will triple with the opening of new stores in 2023.
"GEL 2 million is the initial investment, which will be necessary for the first store and will be invested in order to expand the following investments. This is our ambitious plan.
From 2023, approximately 3 stores will be added to Carter, which will be present both in Tbilisi and in other cities. So far, the exact investments have not been announced, although this number will three folds more", said Nana Chanturia.
According to Carter's general manager Tamar Tsagareishvili, at this stage the store offers children's clothes up to 5 years old, and from spring it will be available up to 8 years old. As for the pharmacy network, clothes of the brand for children under 2 years old will be available in "GPC" and "Pharmadepot" pharmacies throughout Georgia.
