The City Council has approved a plan for the development of a multifunctional residential complex on the land plot located in Kavtaradze St. #22a and 22b, at the territory of the former "Intourist" parking lot, next to the Dream Town residential complex.
The author of the project is "Domus Development". According to the project, it is planned to build 1 office space and 2 residential buildings on the site. According to the plan, the heights of the buildings will be 34, 29 and 14 floors.
The authors of the project say that on both plots of the project area, there are currently such buildings and structures as: a scrap receiving point, ritual and car service facilities, as well as other small social service facilities. According to them, the project provides the dismantling of the mentioned objects.
