For the summer season of 2018, majority of Georgians plan tours to Greece, Portugal and France.
As do tourist companies report, prices for European tourist destinations have not increased this year, which means that they are under one thousand GEL, according to number of days and hotel starts.
However, due to significant increase of prices, the demand has diminished for Turkey and Egypt. The difference makes approximately 200-300 USD, however, apart from price segment, reduction of number of tourists traveling to these destinations was also preconditioned by the benefits of visa liberalization, due to which, majority choses to travel to Europe.
