The executive director of the "Georgian Reconstruction and Development Company" declares, that in the background of the unstable political environment created in the country, it has become difficult for businesses to make new investment decisions.
As Levan Karalashvili told BMG, the unpredictable political environment is one of the reasons why one of their company's investment projects is temporarily delayed.
According to him, the created situation affects the mood of Western investors, who actively monitor the developments in the country.
"The hard-to-predict environment, the general political-economic situation in Georgia today, makes it difficult to make any medium-term decisions for any business and brand. Against the backdrop of political environment and regional conflict, unfortunately, Georgia is no longer as attractive for Western investors as it was before", - Levan Karalashvili said.
