In 1Q2023, the National State Property Agency sold the state property GEL 46.3 million worth. According to the agency, GEL 29.5 million was directed to the central budget, exceeding by 1.5 million compared to the planned volume. In total, the agency announced 667 auctions during the period.
The real-estate, located on a land area of 6,200 square meters in Feradze Ptreet in Tbilisi, was the first among the properties sold for GEL 5.6 million. This exceeded the initial price of the object by GEL 1.3 million.
