Developer Tower Group has launched Panorama Del Mare, a large-scale premium investment project in one of Batumi’s rapidly developing coastal areas. The project is part of the broader Panorama City ecosystem, which includes Panorama Batumi, Grand Central and Panorama Del Mare, and has also marked the start of pre-sales of investment apartments.
Panorama Del Mare is a 49-story multifunctional development designed to combine residential, commercial, tourism and business facilities. The first floor will feature commercial spaces and a lobby, floors 2–5 will include parking, and investment apartments will occupy floors 6–28 and 31–48. Floors 29 and 30 will house an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, sauna, cafe and restaurant.
The project’s rooftop will feature an open-air infinity pool and Sky Bar, with panoramic views of the Black Sea, Batumi and the city’s artificial island. Apartment owners will also have access to infrastructure at the artificial island and to Panorama City’s existing Panorama project, which will include a five-star hotel and casino. The development is also designed to cater to business travelers and remote workers, with business lounges, coworking areas and a conference hall.
Tower Group says the project’s location near the artificial island is a key element of its investment concept, as the surrounding area is developing into a new tourism and urban center. The company says the combination of its coastal location, architecture and multifunctional amenities is intended to provide year-round accommodation and attract both traditional tourists and longer-stay visitors.
