Traditional Georgian Clay Potteries will be made in Georgia using a 3D printer.
Construction of the clay processing plant will start in Imereti from spring, while the potteries will be made in Tbilisi through a printer.
Davit Mizandari, the author of the first ceramic 3D printer in Georgia, plans to attract about $ 1 million to start production, and holds active negotiations with potential investors.
According to Mizandari, 3D technology allows to produce clay potteries with a capacity of 100-liter in 90 minutes, while producing of a one-ton pottery requires 8 hours.
