Agriculture products' store "Tserti" will open two more new facilities in Vake-Saburtalo district in 2024. "Tserti" co-founder Bidzina Gonashvili told BMG about this, but he refrained from naming the investment amount.
According to him, the company's goal is to cover densely populated areas in the first stage. Tserti already has four facilities and manages both sales and production spaces.
"At this stage, we are still expanding throughout Tbilisi, we are not planning to go to the regions yet. As you know, our products are for a high-price segment, therefore, we choose places where a relatively high-spending population lives," says Bidzina Gonashvili.
The company says that the increased demand caused the expansion, as he notes the awareness of the natural Georgian product is increasing on the part of the Georgian consumer.
"The year 2023 turned out to be quite interesting, even though we had many challenges, we grew up and hired interesting personnel. As for the customers, the awareness and knowledge of any product has increased significantly compared to 4 years ago. But, it doesn't give us to relax," Bidzina Gonashvili says.
"Tserti" currently employs 130 people.
