The Georgian grill brand “Tsetskhli Ainto” continues its expansion, with a third branch set to open in Varketili by the end of the month. According to co-founder Giorgi Akhsabadze, the company plans to grow its network to five locations in Tbilisi by the end of the year.
The new Varketili branch represents an investment of around GEL 200,000 and is expected to double the company’s production capacity. Alongside expansion, the workforce will also increase from 20 employees (including production staff) to around 40 by year-end.
Akhsabadze noted that the fourth and fifth branches will be located on central streets of Tbilisi, with one of them featuring a different concept, though details remain undisclosed. The company plans to invest approximately GEL 500,000 in these upcoming locations.
Currently, “Tsetskhli Ainto” operates centralized production facilities that supply all branches, ensuring consistent quality across products and services. While the core concept remains focused on charcoal-grilled dishes, the menu is gradually expanding to include vegetable kebabs, salads, and seasonal offerings. The brand is currently focused on Tbilisi but plans to expand beyond the capital starting in 2027.
