Two real buyers are interested in the penthouses located in the multifunctional project of Central Park Towers. According to "Block Group" managing partner Tornike Janashvili negotiations are already underway with the customers.
The investment value of the multifunctional project amounts to USD 300 million, which is being built on Kazbegi Avenue. It includes two 42-story towers. The multifunctional complex is a joint investment project of "Orbi Group" and "Block Group".
According to Tornike Janashvili, on the top floor of one of the towers, where "Radisson Blue" will be presented, price for per square m totals to USD 20,000. Tornike Janashvili notes that immediately after the presentation of the project, there was a lot of interest in it.
"The area of two penthouses is over 400 m² with its own patio-verandah. The ceiling height is 6 meters, and it has private parking. We have already signed with Radisson Blu and these penthouses will benefit from the service of this international brand", - Tornike Janashvili said.
