Two workers fell off, one is killed at construction worksite in Nadzaladevi district in Tbilisi earlier today. Another injured worker is hospitalised.
“Work has been suspended at the construction worksite as the safety violations are discovered,” said Beka Peradze, the Head of the Labour Conditions Inspection Department.
An investigation has been launched into the possible violation of safety regulations, a crime punishable by six months to two years in prison.
