The decision to expand to Georgia and open a new office there was not made overnight. AltexSoft extensively researched Georgian tech companies and international market players and interviewed local developers. After a thorough qualitative analysis, the company identified the development directions and growth points for itself in the Georgian tech sector. Clearly, this place would allow AltexSoft to create even more excellent projects, attract the brightest talent and make the world a more comfortable and friendly place to live.
New jobs for developers in Georgia and beyond
The Tbilisi office employs 10 people at the moment. These are the first steps of the company's development. In the future, it is planned to expand the staff and establish a full-fledged R&D office. AltexSoft intends to create jobs for Georgian developers and administration sector professionals. Also, the company is ready to provide the IT specialists with the opportunity of relocation to Georgia.
Those having only theoretical knowledge but eager to work in tech can apply for paid React, .NET, and QA internship. After the successful completion of the program, the intern can expect to get a position in an international company. It is planned to perform new enrollment in the future.
