Undeclared silver articles weighing up to 26 kilograms were detected at the Tbilisi airport.
The Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance disseminates information about this.
According to their reports, a large amount of undeclared silver jewelry (in total: 25.9 kilograms) was discovered by the customs officers of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance, at the customs checkpoint "Tbilisi Airport", based on suspicion, as a result of examining both physical and belonging luggage of Georgian citizens.
According to the agency's explanation, the case was handed over to the investigative service of the Ministry of Finance for further response.
