Armenian Unibank has announced the issuance of bonds with yields of 9.75% in drams and 5% in dollars. The issuance volume is 2 billion drams (about $5 million) and $5 million, with a three-year maturity.
Coupon income will be paid quarterly. Bonds can be purchased at Unibank's head office and branches until September 9, 2024. After placement and listing on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX), they will be traded on the secondary market.
Investments in these bonds are guaranteed by the "Deposit Guarantee Fund."
In 2023, the bank's capital exceeded 40 billion drams (over $100 million), and its total assets amounted to 289 billion drams (over $742 million). The bank's loan investments increased by nearly 25% in 2023.
According to official information, Unibank ended 2023 with a profit of 4.5 billion drams (over $11.5 million).
