A new Epigraph Town Hotel is opening in Tbilisi with an investment of USD 3.5 million, - according to Shalva Alaverdashvili, president of the Federation of Hotels and Restaurants.
According to him, the mentioned amount is a fully Georgian investment and the hotel is intended for middle and high-income tourists.
"Behind the Opera House in 38a Tabukashvili str, a 31-room hotel will be opened within 1 week. At this stage, I can tell you that it is aimed at middle and high-income tourists. 32 people will be employed", says Alaverdashvili.
