In the spring of 2024, the family hotel "Ushba" will open another new hotel. As the founder of the hotel, Tea Zhorzholiani, told BM.GE, the hotel is being built in compliance with all standards and will be energy efficient, which will satisfy at least 3 stars.
"We obtained a grant from the agency "Enterprise Georgia" and also took a bank loan to start construction. At this stage, the construction process is underway and next year, the hotel will be ready to host the guests.
A 31-room hotel will be able to host over 62 people. The cost of accommodation will be GEL 160 per night, with meals, and GEL 120 without meals. As for the investment, it is GEL 5 million," said Zhorzholiani.
In addition, the hotel plans to develop in the direction of agriculture and create a micro-farm, since finding products in the region is a challenge.
