Villa Mosavali plans to begin construction of a 22-villa residential project in the village of Akhalubani, Mtskheta Municipality, by the end of 2026, the company’s General Manager, Nikoloz Shekriladze, told BM.GE.
The development will feature low-density, single-family homes, with each residence limited to a maximum of two floors. The project site covers 22,373 square meters and will include 22 individual villas, along with a landscaped recreational area spanning 4,470 square meters for shared use by residents.
According to Shekriladze, the detailed development plan has already been approved by the Spatial and Urban Development Agency, while Mtskheta’s municipal council has also endorsed the updated concept. He noted that only minor technical adjustments were made to the project, with no architectural changes to the original design.
Construction is expected to start before the end of the year, while full completion will likely take three to four years. Although the total investment value has not yet been finalized, Shekriladze described the development as a large-scale project. The villa complex will be located adjacent to Villa Mosavali’s existing hospitality property, which includes a hotel, an event hall with capacity for up to 1,000 guests, and an outdoor swimming pool.
