After analyzing and processing the materials and information collected in the process of investigation, the Competition Agency of Georgia found that DNA LLC had violated Article 113.2.c of the Competition Law of Georgia.
• According to the mentioned Article, damaging the reputation, discrediting or groundlessly criticizing a competitor (creating a wrong opinion about an enterprise, its product or entrepreneurial and trading activities) by an economic agent constitutes an unfear competition.
• Violation of the Competition Law was expressed in the dissemination of wrongful information in social network Facebook by DNA LLC, which damaged the reputation
and interests of Design House LLC.
• With the view to eliminating the offence, DNA LLC was instructed to immediately delete all identical/similar posts from its Facebook page, which misled the customers
and offered incorrect information about Design House LLC.
