Central Election Commission (CEC) reported that 776,726 persons cast a ballot in the parliamentary elections across Georgia by 12:00.
This is four hours after the polling stations were opened. 776,726
persons account for 22.22% of the total number of registered voters.
238,992 citizens have already voted in Tbilisi, which is 23.18%.
More than 3,000 polling stations were opened at 8 a.m. across Georgia. 3,508,294 Georgian citizens are eligible to vote until 8 p.m. Most of them will vote using new voting technologies.
There are 135,922 first-time voters. A total of 95,910 people are voting from abroad.
