The real estate development company VR Holding will build a residential area of premium-class villas on the Black Sea coast.
VR Shekvetili Forest-Beach will be arranged adjacent to the Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili Hotel.
According to the project, the multifunctional complex located on 40 ha, will include 40 villas, recreational, entertainment and relaxation spaces. Potential owners of the villa will be able to enjoy the 1 km long pine park, restaurants, cafe-bars, spa and wellness services. The implementation of the first phase of the project will also include the construction of outdoor and indoor swimming pools, which will have yellow sand beaches.
There will be 3 types of villas in the multifunctional residential complex:
Forest-Beach Villas will be located in the first line of the beach and each of them will have a land area of 2,400 sq.m. The average area of the villa will be 550 sq.m.
VIP villas will be located on the second line of the beach. The 446 sq.m villas will have a yard of up to 815 sq.m.
Premium villas will be built on the third line. Villas of this type will have a yard of 570 to 790 square meters and 288 living spaces.
According to the company, sales of the VR Forest~Beach villas are already started.
