Within the framework of this year's Davos, we are discussing Georgia's transport and logistics potential, opportunities, as well as investments to further increase these opportunities, - Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili said in Davos.
According to him, alternative supply routes, the field of transport and warehousing were one of the topical topics of last year's Davos Forum as well.
"Alternative supply routes, transportation and warehousing were one of the important topics of last year's Davos as well. We had panel discussions and meetings with the world's leading players on this, of course, this will not lose its relevance even in 2024, and the development of the Middle Corridor is important for Georgia. This will be a pressing issue throughout the year and in the years to come. We will have a number of meetings and dialogues, both at the political level and with business circles. Within the framework of this year's Davos, we are also talking about Georgia's transport and logistics potential, opportunities, as well as investments to further increase these opportunities. Therefore, we have intensive meetings with leading players in this direction as well", said Levan Davitashvili.
