Nino Gulua, the sales manager of the Lileo - Hotel and Winery in Kutaisi, assesses the season with BM.GE and notes that they do not have reservations for the New year.
According to her, the tourist facility opened in Kutaisi this year and is located at Vazha-Pshavela str 5. The hotel combines 16 rooms, as well as a bar, restaurant, conference hall and terrace.
According to the hotel's sales manager, their hotel was 80% occupied in the summer, but this season, they are practically not occupied.
"Hotel accommodation price for this season starts from 100 GEL including breakfast. In the summer, we were almost 80% occupied. We were visited by European countries, in particular Germany, Italy and France. Also from Kazakhstan.
As for the New Year period, we have no occupancy yet. We think that reservations will begin a bit earlier. We are thinking of adding a pool in the future, although at this stage we cannot discuss specific amounts and other details," says Gulua.
According to her, the hotel employs 10 people, but they are considering adding staff after the hotel is fully loaded.
