Insurance company Global Benefits Georgia finished 2024 with a 45% growth. As the company's Deputy General Director Ilia Gogidze stated in an interview with BMG, the company achieved significant results, while the highest growth has been observed in the sectors of health, auto and travel insurance.
As for expectations for 2025, the company expects the indicators will improve within the range of 15-20%.
"2024 was a successful year, which was reflected in a 45% increase compared to 2023. We had development in almost all products. The increase in the portfolio that we were able to achieve from 39 million to 58 million was not only due to price increases and the effect of inflation. The customer's number has also increased on the market. If we measure it statistically, 10% growth accounts for the inflation, while a 45% increase comes for the new policyholders.
The insurance industry has continuous growth and it is encouraging that the company's indicators far exceed the industry's growth rate. We also have positive expectations and think that we will be able to achieve 15-20% growth, and this is against the background of not expecting a radical increase in prices. We think that we will maintain prices and create new products," - said Ilia Gogidze.
