The Embassy urges the Government of Georgia to implement the recommendations issued by the ODIHR monitoring mission after the publication of its final report.
"Today we followed the session of the Parliament of Georgia. We continue to express serious concern about election violations that have so far not been thoroughly or independently investigated.
We call on the Government of Georgia to implement the recommendations issued by the ODIHR monitoring mission after the publication of its final report. We share ODIHR's call to the government to promote peaceful protest and engage in dialogue," the statment reads.
