US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan has put an emphasis on the need to resume direct flights between Georgia and the US.
According to the Ambassador, air traffic with Georgia would be wonderful.

She said, Georgian and the US should continue the negotiations that have started 1 year ago before the pandemic.
“We need to see if there is still a sufficient need” – Kelly Degnan said, adding that having a direct flight, in general, is a great idea.
