We Plan To Cover 10,000 Locations - Retain Entered The Kazakhstan Market

Retain

Retain entered the Kazakhstan market after a year of operation in Georgia.

The Georgian technological startup Retain, launched on May 15, 2023, is currently represented in more than 2,500 branches. Now, the company plans to cover 10,000 locations in Kazakhstan. Levan Jabua, co-founder and director of Retain, talks about this with BM.GE.

"From May 21, 2024 or a year after the launch of operations in Georgia, Retain entered the Kazakhstan market. We registered the company, we have a team and local partners. We are already present in 5 locations in Astana. The specifics are the same, companies will be able to receive feedback directly from the head office through QR codes and feedback system. Our Georgian experience has shown that full service is convenient for our partners, so we operate with the same scheme in Kazakhstan, - including the creation of an account, generating of a questionnaire/feedback, design of a QR code, printing, and delivery.

We want to be in 10,000 locations in Kazakhstan. We plan to enter Uzbekistan by the end of the year, and after that we plan to enter other markets," Levan Jabua told BM.GE.

Retain helps partner companies and their customers to digitize their processes and offers a platform through which feedback can be left remotely in just ten seconds. Retain's know-how involves the use of QR codes, which enables users to leave feedback and directly communicate with the company's management. As for companies, this technology allows them receiving feedback on one platform, which makes business decisions more effective.
