For the development company Archi, 2025 is ending with record-breaking results. According to the company’s CEO, Shio Khetsuriani, the year was clearly a step forward, largely driven by the launch of new premium-class projects.
He noted that, with only a short time remaining until the end of the year, Archi’s revenue growth is expected to reach around 75%, which is an unprecedented result for the company.
Khetsuriani also spoke about real estate price trends, saying that the period of sharp price increases has ended. Over the past two years, the market has entered a more stable phase.
According to the company’s forecast, real estate prices are expected to increase moderately in 2026, by approximately 4–6%, in line with current market conditions.
