Construction of Ambassadori Island Batumi is moving rapidly, with 26 hectares of new land already in use and 48 hectares expected by January. CEO Gocha Kamkia says land formation and project development are progressing in parallel, and three major business projects are already underway. One of them will rise above ground by spring, marking the island’s first visible structure. The site also includes the newly announced Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi and a 120,000 m² shopping center by IG Development. Overall, Ambassadori Island aims to transform 84 hectares of reclaimed land into a modern, sustainable smart-city destination.
