Citizens, who do not wear face masks both in closed and open spaces from November 4, will pay 20-GEL fine.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister Maia Tskitishvili, the decision serves to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
“The sanction and regulation on wearing face masks will be the same both for open and closed spaces,” Maia Tskitishvili, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure said after the sitting of Coordination Council.
