Company "Mgzavrebi" is building a residential complex in Saguramo. The investment cost of the project is up to GEL 30 million. The founder of the company, Davit Tsertsvadze notes that the complex is fully planned for 100-120 residents. He declares that 40% of the complex is already sold.
According to him, the interest in the project is mainly from locals, the company tries to sell residential houses at an affordable price in order to compete with the sales of apartments in the suburbs of Tbilisi.
"Locals are mainly interested in buying a house in this complex, although there is also interest from foreigners. No matter how surprising it may be, there is a lot of interest from young people who consider the property near the capital city not as a summer residence, but as a place to live.
We developed the concept of the complex in such a way that buying houses would be affordable, thereby competing with apartments in the suburbs of Tbilisi. For example, a 3-bedroom house with a yard is available for USD 90,000. By purchasing a house, the owner benefits from the infrastructure that is arranged in the complex,” explained the founder of “Mgzavrebi Group”.
"Mgzavrebi Saguramo" project is being built on 5 hectares, where high-class infrastructure will be arranged, including swimming pools, playgrounds, recreational areas, cafes and restaurants. The complex will be completed in a year and a half. The investment cost of the project is up to GEL 30 million.
