Sergo Makarov, the founder of company "Naturale Brewery", says that the company plans to produce 10,000 tons of beer and 2 tons of cider per month.
The company "Naturale Brewery" appeared on the market in 2016. As Makarov says, the idea of creating a production came when the founder of the company, Sergo Makarov, and his team tasted beer in the Czech Republic and Germany and decided to offer high-quality beer to the Georgian market.
"At the first stage, we built a 100-liter boiler, after a while we increased it to 200 liters. This year, we already bought a Slovenian 500-liter fermentation system. As a result, we organized a complete production cycle. We brew half a ton of beer. We have a variety of beers. Among them is tomato beer, the demand for which is very high," Makarov says.
In order to develop the business, the company received a loan from TBC Bank, as a result of which it was able to expand production. In addition to the beer, the company has also started producing apple cider, which is already in demand.
Last year, Makarov sent two different ciders and beers in London, which proved to be a successful move for the business. Both beer and cider won silver and bronze medals. The brand is now taking part in a competition in Poland, and the answers will be known soon.
