Hotels in the winter resorts are sufficiently loaded despite the difficult epidemic situation in the country. As Irakli Kokaia, executive director of Inn Group declares, bookings are not canceled and the hotel occupancy is quite high.
"In January, the load exceeded 80%, now we are almost at this figure. We have mainly foreign tourists in Gudauri hotel, therefore, the situation is more stable in terms of reservations, because they are rarely canceled," Kokaia said.
Despite the high spread of the virus, bookings were not canceled at Gudauri Loft and Mestia Inn hotels. According to their manager Maia Murachashvili, the cancellation of bookings is not observed.
"Our hotel in Gudauri had a 70-80% load in January, if we look at the number of bookings in February, it will be about 90%," said Murachashvili.
