Due to the fact that the Anti-Corruption Service had limited access to property declarations since the end of November last year, citing technical issues as the reason, BM.GE offers the declaration filled out last year.
According to the document, Rizhvadze owns 2 apartments, one purchased in 2014 for 65,000 USD on Chavchavadze Street in Batumi, while the second apartment with a 68-square-meter on Kalistrate Kutateladze Street in Tbilisi, which he purchased in 2017 for 61,000 USD.
His wife Magda Mamuladze has received through inheritance: 2 land plots in Khulo municipality and a 71.3 sq.m apartment in Batumi.
In 2023, Rizhvadze received 55,035 GEL in salary, meaning his monthly salary was 4,558 GEL, while his wife's annual salary as an English language teacher was 8,707 GEL.
According to the declaration, the family has received 22,278 GEL as income from commercial space rental. They paid 38,500 GEL in rent for a 143 sq.m apartment.
Rizhvadze owns 25% share in LLC Adjara Berries Limited.
Rizhvadze's wife owns a Toyota Camry purchased in 2008. No other immovable or movable property is registered under the family's name in the declaration filled on September 30, 2024.
