According to him, only Irakli Kobakhidze has the right to make statements about ministerial candidates.

Regarding ministerial candidates and potential changes, let’s leave this exclusive authority, as prescribed by law, to the prime ministerial candidate, Irakli Kobakhidze.
Even if I were fully aware of all the candidate details, no one has the right to speak on this matter except for Irakli Kobakhidze. He is precisely the prime ministerial candidate, and no one else has the right to make such statements,” Mdinaradze emphasized.
