Which companies did place the most advertisements on television?

The National Communications Commission has published data on the largest advertisers in Georgia’s television market for the second quarter of 2025, revealing that global beverage brands, pharmaceutical companies, and major banks account for the majority of advertising spending.

According to the regulator, Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia was one of the most active advertisers across multiple broadcasters, placing ads on TV Imedi, Rustavi 2, Formula, and TV Pirveli. Pharmacies such as PSP Pharma and Aversi Pharma were also key advertisers, alongside Lactalis Georgia, Nestlé Georgia, and the Georgian Beer Company.

On TV Imedi, companies spending between GEL 100,000 and GEL 500,000 included Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia, Diplomat Georgia, PSP Pharma, Lactalis Georgia, Aversi Pharma, BERLIN-CHEMIE Representation in Georgia, Wim Bill Dan Georgia, IDS Borjomi Tbilisi, Nestlé Georgia, and Georgian Beer Company.

On Rustavi 2, Coca-Cola spent in the 100,000–500,000 GEL range, while other major advertisers such as PSP Pharma, Aversi Pharma, Lactalis Georgia, IDS Borjomi, Wim Bill Dan, GM Pharmaceuticals, TBC Bank, and Nestlé spent between 50,000–100,000 GEL.

Postv received between 100,000–500,000 GEL in advertising orders from Bumba LLC, Geocep LLC, Natural Gas LLC, Stereo+, and Tiflis Fab, while other companies including Georgian Dairy Products and Archi Promotion, invested in the 50,000–100,000 GEL range.

Formula TV was financed with 100,000–500,000 GEL by TBC Bank, Coca-Cola, PSP Pharma, Geoplant, and Vazisubani Mamuli. Smaller advertisers included Mercado, Tegeta Motors, and Lactalis Georgia.

TV Pirveli also attracted 100,000–500,000 GEL in advertising from Coca-Cola, PSP Pharma, and Mercado. TBC Bank, Geoplant, and San Petrolium Georgia spent between 50,000–100,000 GEL.

Despite continued advertiser activity, the Communications Commission reported that overall TV advertising revenue fell by 13% year-on-year, totaling 15.6 million GEL in Q2 2025.
