Developer Company White Square will subsidize any mortgage loan by an additional 3%.
As Irakli Burdiladze, managing partner of the company declares, in the case of apartment acquisition in the White Square, the company will subsidize any mortgage loan by an additional 3% along with the government mortgage subsidy for families with new-born or multi-child families.

State subsidy program provides co-financing of 6% of mortgage interest for families with new-born and 8% for multi-child families during 5 years.
