The average room rate at Wyndham Grand Tbilisi increased by 6.5% during the 2026 summer tourist season, according to the hotel’s General Manager, Medea Kobakhidze.
The centrally located hotel operated at around 72% occupancy during the peak summer season, welcoming guests from both Asian and European markets. The hotel expects strong demand to continue into the autumn season.
Kobakhidze said the increase reflects several factors, including market demand, tourism flows, inflation, operating costs and the broader economic environment. “For us, a 6.5% increase represents a stable and balanced trend rather than aggressive price growth. Our approach is to maintain a balance between actual market demand and the quality of the product and service we offer to guests,” she said.
According to Booking.com, room rates at Wyndham Grand Tbilisi currently start at around GEL 370 per night and rise to approximately GEL 587, depending on room category, with breakfast included.
