Sales of international fashion brands operated by Cenomi Retail Georgia reached GEL 434 million in 2025, up by GEL 77 million year-on-year. The company’s net profit remained largely unchanged at GEL 49 million.
Zara generated the highest sales at GEL 212.4 million, up by 29% year-on-year. The brand operates five stores in Georgia and an e-commerce platform, including its largest 2,833-square-metre store at City Mall.
Massimo Dutti generated GEL 59 million in sales, followed by Mango, Parfois, Aldo, Flormar and US Polo with a combined GEL 57.1 million. Stradivarius recorded GEL 34.3 million, Bershka GEL 25.2 million, Pull & Bear GEL 20 million, Marks & Spencer GEL 4 million and Zara Home GEL 3.9 million.
According to the company, consolidated EBITDA exceeded GEL 68 million in 2025. Sales per square metre increased from GEL 4,300 in 2019 to GEL 15,300 in 2025, while the company said rent and personnel costs remained below target levels relative to sales.
