The President of Georgia cancels all meetings at the United Nations and addresses the population of Georgia - the Administration of the President of Georgia writes.

"The President of Georgia is in the USA, the President is canceling all the meetings planned at the United Nations today and is preparing to address the population," the statement issued by the President's administration says.
