New Supervisory Board members of ProCredit Bank Georgia
ProCredit Bank Georgia has presented two new independent Supervisory Board members at its Head Office. Nino Dadunashvili and Teona Makalatia have joined the Supervisory Board, which is chaired by Marcel Zeitinger, alongside the other members. It is important to note that with these appointments, the number of women on the Bank’s Supervisory Board has now risen to 50%, resulting in a more equitable gender balance. ProCredit Bank Georgia is part of the international ProCredit group, which is mainly represented in the Eastern European countries with transition economies as well as in Germany.
