Changes Take Place In Bidzina Ivanishvili's Cartu Bank
Changes take place in the management of Cartu Bank, affiliated with Bidzina Ivanishvili.
Nikoloz Chkhetian left the supervisory board of the bank. Nato Khaindrava replaced Chkhetiani on this position. In her turn, she left the chair of the General Director. Nato Khaindrava held this position between 2016-2023.
In addition, Grigol Katsia was appointed as the General Director of Cartu Bank.
Giorgi Sulamanidze, Davit Galuashvili, Beka Kvaratskhelia, Zurab Gogua and Givi Lebanidze remain in the board of directors of the bank.
Charity Foundation Cartu is 100%-shareholder of Bank Cartu, the beneficiary owner is Uta Ivanishvili, son of Bidzina Ivanishvili. As for the foundation, the chairman of its board is Nikoloz Chkhetiani.
