Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Mikheil Janelidze responds to the arrest of opposition leader Nika Melia. He notes that the only right step is to hold early elections.

“Demonstration of power is a shame and destructive act. It is enough to move on the same circle. We can see well how far we have come”, Mikheil Janelidze said.

Mikheil Janelidze served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia between 30 December 2015 to 21 June 2018.
