Lasha Khutsishvili, the Minister of Finance of Georgia and German Ambassador to Georgia Hubert Knirsch, signed an agreement on financial cooperation between the Government of Georgia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The current agreement provides Georgia with EUR 5.2 million as a grant for projects “Biodiversity and Sustainable Local Development - Georgia”.
The total amount of grant allocated for the project amounts to EUR 23.7 million.
The Minister of Finance, Lasha Khutsishvili, once again thanked the German Ambassador for the support in financing important projects in Georgia, as well as deepening relations with Europe.
