Holders Of Construction Permits On The Individual Residences Are No Longer Obliged To Submit Landmark Protocols

The Bill on Spatial Planning, Architectural and Construction Activity Code by Beka Davituliani, Irakli Zarkua, Eka Sepashvili, Nodar Turdzeladze, Sozar Subari, Maia Bitadze and Dimitri Samkharadze annuls the obligation of the holders of the construction permits on the individual residences to submit the landmark protocols, which was discussed by the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee today, introduced by B. Davituliani with the I reading.

According to him, the change means that if the persons building a private house was obliged to submit the landmark protocols during this process concerning the implementation of the schedule, now they are exempted from this obligation and shall submit only the final protocol for the set of the building to operation.

The holders, with a certain period of time – to January 1, 2022, shall be exempted from the failure of submission of the landmark protocol and payment of the fine.

The Committee approved the Bill.
