"I'm ready to hire 10-15 people without any qualifications, but I can't find anyone," Zurab Uchumbegashvili, the founder of "Kumisi" told BMG.

According to him, one of the main challenges for the company today is the shortage of personnel, because a large part of the workforce is leaving the country.

"I would accept and train these people myself, but I cannot find anyone, no one wants. I don't understand how there can be a problem of unemployment in the country when you can't find labor force. Everyone tries to go abroad or, I don't know, avoids it. Salaries are not really low. The average salary of a person with average qualification ranges from GEL 1500 to GEL 2000. To be equal to Switzerland, Germany or America in terms of pay, we really don't have the luxury of that. After all, this paid salary is ultimately reflected in the cost of products", - Zurab Uchumbegashvili said.
