February 2 - 5, 2023, International Republican Institute (IRI) with the US State Department funding, hosted second dialogue of BUILD Georgia.

The BUILD Dialogue took place in Kvariati, Georgia. 80 participants from the following working groups: Academic, CSO’s, Religious, Youth, and Business organizations worked on sectoral recommendations. The main topic of discussion was brain drain from the country.

The second dialogue had the benefit of extended representation of the religious groups. High level officials from the following confessions attended and participated in the dialogue of "Build Georgia":Georgian Apostolic Autocephalous Orthodox Church; Administration of All Muslims of Georgia; The Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Holy Church in Georgia; The Apostolic Administration of the Latin Rite Catholic of the Caucasus; The Great Synagogue of Tbilisi, Union of Georgian Jews; Yezidi Spiritual Council of Georgia.

Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, and the Ministry of Education and Science were also engaged in the process.

The overall goal of the project "Build Georgia" is to facilitate dialogue among Georgian established leaders and leading experts in order to devise collaborative responses to national challenges.
