“We have to make sure that when the new regulation is being introduced there is a proper regulatory impact assessment undertaken” – Archil Gachechiladze, CEO of Bank of Georgia told The Checkpoints while commenting on the agenda that the business community and citizens might have for the new parliament after the elections.
According to the CEO of the systemic bank in Georgia, there always are some positives and negatives associated with any regulation. “So making sure that we don’t overdo it – we do enough but we don’t overdo it - is very important” – Gachechiladze added.
