The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline transported 113.773 million barrels of oil through Turkey in January-June, 2023.
The figure is 6.656 million barrels or 6.2% more than in the first six months of 2022.
In June of this year, 19.658 million barrels of oil were pumped by BTC via Turkey. This is 1 million 993 thousand barrels or 11.3% more than in June 2022, Report informs, citing Turkish pipeline operator BOTAS.
